Fabius Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 12, 2026

Fabius is developed by Subhi Mukbel ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the Fabius app collects, why, and what happens to it.

What we collect

Account information. When you sign up we store your name, your email address, and a securely hashed password. We use your email only to identify your account and for essential service messages — never for marketing.

Your content. Conversations with agents, images you attach, documents you upload, and the agents and workflows you create are stored so the app can show them back to you and so agents can use them when you ask.

Connected channels. If you connect a messaging channel (such as Telegram), we process the messages exchanged through that channel so your agent can reply to them.

Connected mailboxes. If you connect a mailbox (Gmail or Outlook), the assistants you allow can read your messages and can create, send, or delete drafts and threads on your behalf. Subject lines, senders, recipients and message bodies pass through our service when an assistant acts on them. You choose which assistants may use a mailbox, and you can disconnect it at any time — disconnecting revokes our access and leaves your messages untouched. Sign-in happens at your mail provider; the access grant is held by our connector service, Composio, and the app never receives your mail password or token.

Crash and problem reports. When the app crashes, a report is sent automatically: the error, where in the code it happened, your app version and device model, a short trail of what the app did just before, and a screenshot of the screen at that moment — which can include a conversation that was open. When you use Settings → Report a problem, we receive what you wrote, your name and email address so we can reply, and any screenshot you choose to attach. These reports are processed by Sentry, on servers in the European Union, and are used only to fix faults. Your IP address is not collected with them.

That is the whole list. The app contains no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking SDKs, and we do not collect your location, contacts, or device identifiers.

How your content is processed

To generate responses, the relevant parts of a conversation are sent to a large-language-model provider (currently OpenAI) over an encrypted connection. Under the provider's API terms, this data is not used to train their models.

Where data lives

Our service runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Conversations and account data are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database; uploaded files are stored in Cloudflare R2. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS everywhere).

If you connect a mailbox, the authorisation for it is held by Composio, which executes the mail actions your assistants request. It is a processor like the others named here, and it is used only to run the service.

Crash and problem reports are held by Sentry, in its European Union region. It is a processor in the same sense, used only to diagnose faults in the app.

What we never do

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account from within the app (Settings → Profile → Delete account), which permanently removes your account and content. You can also request deletion by emailing us at the address below.

Children

Fabius is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it, and material changes will be announced in the app.
